Imagine yourself in an active shooter situation. What would you do? Are you aware of your surroundings and do you keep constant attention for your safety at all times?  The Stateline Area Crime Stoppers invite you to the Freeport Public Library Wednesday, November 29th for a special presentation called S.A.F.E., Situational Awareness For Everyone. The presentation will begin at 6:30pm and is FREE to the public.  In this ever changing world, this 1 hour presentation could be the difference in your safety and knowing how to react to danger.
 
The presentation will be be delivered by Frank Ingardona who is currently the Training Director for the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department. Frank is a retired City of Rockford Police Officer and trainer with 25 years’ experience, lifelong martial artist, Master Instructor through the Police Training Institute at University of Illinois, National Trainer for Enhanced Law Enforcement Training and Education (ELETE) of Coventry RI., and a National Trainer for the National Law Enforcement Training Center (NLETC) of Kansas City MO.  Frank started as a police trainer in 1996 and since that time has attended and trained thousands of hours of police tactics around the nation.
